How to make a difference with our competitors ? How to make customers choose us rather than our competitors ? For each of us our differences are large...in the eyes of the customer they are minimal ! Few thousandths of a second separates us from our competitors regarding our customers...like in the Olympics ! And we thought having a few steps ahead...The only thing standing today ? Change ! So how to make these "milliseconds" on a daily basis ? Certainly, not only by the quality of our services, all in all normal compared to the price paid by customers. Moreover, facing a situation, we often ask " why " and not enough  "how" : we help our participants to create in them the habit of priority to action for their projects and actions in the daily life, so that their behavior remains oriented towards the one who pays the salaries of the month : the customer ...
