" This is the method that makes ordinary people do extraordinary things " J. Webb
We use in our courses and training courses the following three methods: SBS, PEC and PNSA. And you what are the methods that have been successful in your business? We invite you to let us know in a
clic.
1.- SBS - Step by Step:
- Sequential approach : several days or half days (minimum two) separated by an interval of three to four weeks to allow new behaviors and reflexes to take root. We measure, in the beginning of each new day, the results in terms of successes and encountered difficulties. This approach is valid for both inter-company course and intra-company courses.
- " top-down " Approach : to change attitudes and practices in a sustainable business, better start with the "top". "An ounce of example is worth a ton of speech" and if there's one thing you can not delegate it is the exemplary behavior! This applies particularly for intra-company courses.
2.- PEC - Preparation, Execution, Control :
- a method we use constantly in our courses either for the implementation of our services with our participants or for the development of responsibilities of management, sales and communication that we carry with them ongoing. That's the difference between an amateur work and that of a professional. Who can afford the luxury of exercising its responsibilities as an amateur, ie by executing them without worrying about the preparation and audit ? At the end of our courses, participants take all this reflex to plan their activities and measure the results.
3.- PNSA - Purpose, News, Solutions, Actions :
- a method used particularly in our individual and group training. We help our participants to set their goals, to identify the current context, to be creative in finding solutions and mainly determined in the implementation of actions. This simple and effective method allows everyone to grow by appropriate step. We use our two products which are
PID© and
EESE© This allows us in a very short period of time to achieve measurable and verifiable results.
And you, what are your experiences with these methods above? Take the time to make them known ! Click
