PRIORITIES AND MAIN PROGRAM

Knowing the basics of the theory of personality to excel where participants and the team are strong and move where they can improve.
Develop the effectiveness and efficiency of the group and individuals with the personality profile of each.
Overcome through knowledge of ones own profile and that of other difficulties related to the different personality types within the team.
Implementing actions of communication and management to be implemented to evolve individually and collectively on the basis of the analysis of each.
Perform the actions decided during the day.
Re-activate all the "life skills and know-how" of communication and management learned in the past by each.

DURATION

1 day.

A phase of personal preparation four weeks before the day on the basis of a document prepared and sent by MOTIVACTION and a Profile received by email.
A day of coaching and team training.

Any management team or project team.

TIMETABLE

From 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.

LOCATION

Depending on your choice, preferably outside the company.

FEES

The amount is per day and includes the preparation, coordination and direction of one day coaching and team training.

Remain the responsibility of the company: CHF 350.-HT per participant for the realization of a personality profile (base module + management module) and the cost of room hiring, meals, coffee breaks of the participants and the consultant-trainer as well as the travel expenses of the consultant.
