Recruitment, selection and integration of employees: over today and tomorrow. The job meeting: motivation and accountability of an employee. The monitoring and control meeting: a non-delegable task. The assessment meeting: measuring the quality provided and value added to be materialized. The "reprimand" meeting: an action to restore the quality. The Decision meeting: an act of courage. Preparation, management, facilitation and monitoring of the working sessions: a reflection of our management. Speaking in front of a group or audience: the form serving the content. A phase of personal preparation four weeks before the first day of the course. Five times one day course + one sixth day of monitoring and improvement. Work practices implemented between the course days. The amount is per participant and includes the preparation, coordination and direction of two hours of diagnosis, the six-day course, the documentation, lunches and coffee breaks.
Remain the responsibility of the company: the travel fees of the consultant / trainer at diagnosis time, to reach the office of the company.
