PRIORITIES

Self-knowledge and its management: a diagnosis of strengths, weak, and the potential for improvement.
Target setting: a leadership skill to self and others.
Recruitment, selection and integration of employees: over today and tomorrow.
The job meeting: motivation and accountability of an employee.
The monitoring and control meeting: a non-delegable task.
The assessment meeting: measuring the quality provided and value added to be materialized.
The "reprimand" meeting: an action to restore the quality.
The Decision meeting: an act of courage.
Preparation, management, facilitation and monitoring of the working sessions: a reflection of our management.
Speaking in front of a group or audience: the form serving the content.
The art of selling ones ideas: the ability to make ideas progress form the "bottom" to the "top" of the company.
Creativity: the creation of added value in the company.
Emergency situation and and difficult relationships Management: the emerging of synthesis by confrontation.
Management of the time: the art of planning to increase "cold" management and decrease the "hot" one.

COURSE AND DURATION

Two hours of coaching and individual training + intercompany course of 6 x 1 day for about 8 months.

A diagnosis of personality and its management in two hours.
A phase of personal preparation four weeks before the first day of the course.
Five times one day course + one sixth day of monitoring and improvement.
Work practices implemented between the course days.

DATES

1st day  Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
2nd day Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
3rd day  Friday, November 4, 2011 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
4th day Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
5th day Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
6th day Thursday, April 5, 2012 from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.

LOCATION

Hotel Baron Tavernier, Chexbres, Switzerland.

FEES

The amount is per participant and includes the preparation, coordination and direction of two hours of diagnosis, the six-day course, the documentation, lunches and coffee breaks.

Remain the responsibility of the company: the travel fees of the consultant / trainer at diagnosis time, to reach the office of the company.
