PRIORITIES

Prepare, facilitate and lead a group session to recruit candidates using the MOTIVACTION methodology.
Select the direction with this successful applicants according to the MOTIVACTION methodology.

DURATION

1 x 1 hour of preparation with management, 1 x 4 hours of aggressive recruitment and 1 x 1 hour realization after the meeting.
A preparation phase with the direction of the firm (1 hour).
A preparation phase for each individual candidate.
Four hours of in-depth work with practical exercises on the responsibilities and tasks of the desired function.
A phase of implementation and decision following the meeting (1 hour).

FEES

The amount includes the preparation, facilitation and direction of 6 hours of dynamic recruitment process.

Remain the responsibility of the company: the cost of room hiring, meals (if any) and coffee breaks for participants and the consultant-trainer, as well as travel expenses of the latter (if not in Lausanne).
